Package Itinerary
Day 1
Arrival & Leisure Time
Upon reaching the railway station/airport our Seven Safars executive will be waiting to receive you and help you on your transfer to the pre-booked resort in the outskirts of Satpura National Park. After check in, freshen up and have a delicious lunch at the resort.
The rest of the afternoon is at leisure. Jade and Drongo are ideal places to sit back and simply take in the tranquility of the jungle, take a short stroll around the camp, or relax in your tent. Enjoy tea with snacks in the sound of nightfall in the forest. Dine & turn in for your first sleep amid nature.
Day 2
Morning Jeep & Evening Boat Safari
Wake up to an exhilarating jeep safari in the heart of Satpura National Park in the early morning. Wildlife spotting is good in the morning as the animals are moving. With an expert guide you can spot deer, wild boar, langur monkeys, birds and if fortune smiles upon you, a tiger or a leopard.
Come back to the resort for breakfast and some rest. After lunch you will be going on Denwa River Boating Safari. One of the most exclusive safaris in Botswana, this unique experience allows you to view animals as they come down to the river and see water birds and forests from a unique perspective.
Return to the resort in the evening for dinner and your night’s stay.
Day 3
Full Day Jungle Immersive Experience
This day is devoted to seeing more of Satpura’s wilderness. Begin early with a second morning jeep safari to a different park area. The thrill of safari after safari is that they always bring you somewhere new, on unknown tracks under an unfamiliar sky, with chances to spot different wild animals and birds.
Return and have breakfast, rest at the resort in the afternoon. In the night you may opt for an optional night jeep safari to see the forest during sunset hours. As the sky turns, the jungle awakes, and you are surrounded by this cacophony of the forest's best musicians, truly a magical soundscape.
Return to the camp for dinner and a calm night.
Day 4
Pachmarhi Sightseeing
After breakfast, set out for a day of sightseeing on Satpura. You will also be visiting the famous Pachmarhi Hill Station with its pleasant weather and wonderful vistas at eye level. Proceed to Handi Khoh which is a gorge, sheer valley, cradled by green woods.
After, visit Bee Falls to spend some relaxing time in the cool atmosphere and natural surroundings. The day also brings you to the ancient Bhimbetka Caves, renowned for their prehistoric rock paintings narrating stories from millennia ago.
Come back to the resort by evening, have your dinner and unwind after a hectic day of adventure.
Day 5
Final Morning & Departure
Take it easy in the morning at the resort. Post breakfast check out & pack your bags. Our Seven Safars executive will also assist you with your transfer to Pipariya Railway Station or beyond.

Terms And Conditions:
- All bookings are provided with base category rooms at resorts. Upgrading to the higher category rooms is subject to availability at an extra cost, charged by the resort.
- Standard Check-in time is 12:00 PM, and Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
- Passengers should provide the correct age at the time of booking, as it affects the cost of the tour.
- In case the booked resort is unavailable, a similar category resort will be arranged.
- Accommodations for 3 guests will have one room with an extra mattress.
- Changes in government taxes, resort rates, or safari fees will be communicated via email or on-call before your departure.
- The company holds no responsibility for accidents, lost/stolen items, damage to luggage, etc. during your stay.
- Itineraries and safaris can change due to operational needs or other unexpected circumstances.
Kindly Note:
- This package is not valid during long weekends, festival holidays, Christmas, Holi, Diwali, or New Year.
- Bookings must be made at least two days in advance of the travel date.
- The itinerary is formulated based on the availability of the Jeep Safari.
Cancellation Policy :
In the case of postponement or cancellation due to reasons beyond our control, a signed notification must be supplied. Cancellation charges are applicable as per the time of the duration. The following costs will be charged by the company:
- 30 days before visiting: 10% of the tour package cost.
- 15 to 29 days before visiting: 30% of the tour expense.
- 07 to 14 days before arrival: 40% of the tour price.
- 02 to 06 days before arrival: 50% of the tour expense.
- Less than 48 hours or no show: No reimbursement.
- 50% Advance Payment: Required to hold the booking classed as confirmed.
- 100% Payment: Required to confirm the booking and take part in the discount benefits.
- Nevertheless, travelers must cover all statutory taxes, fees, and service fees where applicable.
Important Information :-
If the Jeep Safari is not possible to book (technical issues) or if there aren't enough places at your requested date, you'll receive a full refund. This will be communicated to our customer support end.
Peak Season Policy :-
A separate cancellation policy for resort/forest lodge booking will be furnished on demand during peak seasons if applicable.
Liabilities and Limitations:
- Tour/Service Cost :- The first booking fee might be changed if you want any add-ons to your tour package. Additional Fees: Such as the permit fees, parking fees, taxes, fuel fees, and guide fees/personal assistance.
- Changes in Fees :-If any changes occur from the government end, we will notify you via mail, message, or call whether before or after confirmation/private departure.
- Refunds/Claims :- For things like strikes, fairs, or changes in climate the company cannot do anything about refunds or claims.
- Cancellation of Services :-The firm is not responsible for cancellation of services especially sightseeing or excursion visits if they are thought about by such things while on tour in India.
Payment Policy:
We take payments through PayPal, Credit Card, Debit Card, and Direct Deposit. You should pay to company accounts.
- 50% Advance Payment: This holds your booking on a confirmed basis.
- 100% Payment: This confirms your booking and gives you discount benefits.
- Travelers must agree to pay all statutory taxes, surcharges, and applicable fees.
