CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Any service booked through us need to be informed in writing for cancellation 15 days or more from the date it has been booked with the customer. The booking must be cancelled and all costs charged in full in the original condition at the time of the booking receipt, invoice, etc. These are the paperwork that we require to attend to your request adequately and double check on everything.

Refund Process

Upon successful receipt of the cancellation mail by the company, Seven safar will immediately process the refund to your source account or selected mode of refund within 7 working days. We just want to make sure that you get your money back promptly if the refund rules are satisfied.

Service Provider Exceptions

In consideration of the fact that service providers, "NO REFUND" and "NO CANCELLATION" once payment is made. It's because we have to pay other people to keep your place.

Cancellation Timeline

Bear in mind that an order can only be canceled within 24 hours after you have placed the order. The order will be not processed until 24 hours, we will not allow cancellation request after 24 hours. But all orders and services are refundable if they obey the rules. Or the customers can CANCEL their order, only if the services have not been booked. Once the services have been booked, the Customer may NOT cancel the orders.

Standard Cancellation Fees

If you are postponing your tour or cancelling your trip for reasons beyond your control you must notify us in writing. The following cancellation fees apply:

  • 30 days or more before arrival 10% of Total Cost
  • 15 to 29 days before arrival 30% of Total Cost
  • 07 to 14 days before arrival 40% of Total Cost
  • 02 to 06 days before arrival 50% of Total Cost
  • Less than 48 hours / No Show NO REFUND

Important Liabilities

Please be advised, that once you finalize on the cost of the tour, you will have to bear any increase in safari permit fees, taxes, fuel prices, guide charges etc. if levied by Govt. of India, as additional costs.
